COO and Vice President of Technology
In addition to managing eFueling's strategic direction, Kevin serves as chief technologist overseeing the application of cutting-edge technology to advances in automated fleet fuel management. Eckelkamp rejoined eFueling in 2011 as Director of Technologies, building on an 18-year tenure with the company from 1987 to 2005 as Senior Application Engineer. Kevin is leveraging years of experience in automated fleet fuel management to revitalize industry Point-of-Sale systems, software and related tools with the goal of delivering a state-of-the-art customer experience, enhanced reliability, and innovative support programs. Prior to rejoining eFueling, Kevin spent 6 years as director of information technology for domestic companies owned by a German investment firm. While there, he deployed an advanced IT backbone and fleet management system. Eckelkamp holds Technical Certification from The Institute of Electronic Science at Texas A&M University, and a Bachelor's degree with Highest Honors from The University of Texas at Austin.
Vice President of Operations
Marc brings deep industry experience to the hands-on management of eFueling's daily operations. In the early 1980s, he designed and produced the first NBCS products, which would later spawn eFueling Technologies. Marroquin led engineering and sales for Canada's SIRIT Corporation from 1995 through 1997, as vice president of U.S. operations. He played a key role in developing the "Hands Free" parking system as well as the security used to control venue access and ensure identification of participants during the 1996 Olympics. In 1997, Marroquin joined Dresser-Wayne Corporation to head deployment of TIRIS technology in the groundbreaking Mobil SpeedPass project. In addition to his operations role, Marc serves as a technical resource on eFueling's Business Development Team where he acts as a liaison between engineering staff and clients.

The firm has leveraged success in the space to introduce a complete line of home maintenance and repair services. Woodfin also operates Pit Stop convenience stores, with sister companies providing the necessary plumbing and security services. Woodfin Oil is headquartered in Mechanicsville, Va.
